Car rental conditions
Required documents
The renter must provide a valid passport or identity card and a valid driver's license. Copies of these documents are attached to the car rental agreement. Legal entities must provide authorization to represent the company and the company's details.
Fuel
The car is rented out with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank as well. If returned with less fuel, a surcharge of 40.00 NOK per missing liter will apply.
Insurance
All cars have valid civil liability insurance. In the event of an insured incident, the renter's liability is equal to the amount of the deposit. In the case of a non-insured incident, the full liability lies with the renter, but you have the option to additionally insure with full coverage.
Cancelling a car reservation
The lessor has the right to cancel the car reservation in case of unforeseen circumstances (car breakdown, damage, accident) by informing the renter in advance via phone or email. In this case, the lessor will refund the renter's deposit (if paid). No other potential losses incurred by the renter will be covered. If the renter cancels the reservation for reasons not caused by the lessor or fails to pick up the reserved car at the agreed time, the renter's deposit (if paid) will not be refunded.

General Requirements for Drivers
The rented vehicle may be driven by a person holding a valid driver’s license that meets international requirements.
A minimum of 2 years of driving experience is required.
The minimum driver age is 21 years.
Payment and deposit
The renter pays a monetary deposit of 2500 NOK (depending on the chosen car) before picking up the car. The deposit will be returned if the car is returned in good condition, undamaged, with a full tank of fuel, and all rental conditions are met. The rental payment must be made by bank transfer before picking up the car or in cash upon pickup.
Car delivery and return.
You can pick up and return the rental cars at the address: Jåttåveien 92 4020 Stavanger If you wish to pick up or return the car outside of working hours or at a different address, it must be arranged in advance. The renter must return the vehicle clean and with a clean interior, as it was handed over. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of excessively dirty vehicle may incur a 500–1500 NOK.
